We do not offer returns and refund on any of our jewelry, as each piece is quality-checked before dispatch.
However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please record an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This helps us assess the situation and offer a fair resolution.
Damages of the product will be delivered with 10 -12 working days.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges, as our pieces are limited and specially curated. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before making a purchase.
